It’s another week of learning and creating after the two-week non-design break at the articulate e-Learning challenge. This week’s challenge was to design a call center interaction. I almost gave up on being a part of this one due to several physical challenges but then I suddenly remembered… Consistency in learning is key, even if small! So I gave it a late try.

The Concept.
One of the toughest parts of these projects is coming up with a simple, but great interaction idea and concept and that troubled me here as well. Anyway, I decided for Call center at a training college.

The Design.
I decided to try my hands on a few new PowerPoint features with this project…So here I incorporated audio and item animation. I used an illustrated Character as the Call representative. Hyperlinks were still very useful for navigating slides.

The Result.
Finally, a simple (I suppose) Call Center interaction template that can be adopted for training company call representatives evolved.

Call Center Interactive Training: an e-Learning template
Call Center Interactive Training: an e-Learning template

This template was kept small (since it’s a template) but can be further developed with content details in a real life project. For example, more audio content can be added to further increase ease of understanding and call redirect numbers, download information and links and more specific organizational details can also be added to make it a full training.

Enjoy!
